This should remove the tester's dependency on:
- mitmproxy
- nodejs
- PHP
Technically, this won't be too relevant in the future since Ewe will likely be hosted somewhere separate for users to authenticate against, rather than run on their local PC. That said, Go is a much better tool for this. Additionally, it may be a long time before Ewe is hosted separately from tester's PCs, so for the time being this streamlines testing much more.
It also opens up the possibility for Ewe to be bundled as a plugin for Spring, streamlining testing yet more.

There was not really much to do here. It turns out that only one of the login HTTP requests needs to be substituted.
